報告人簡介
Ning Lu is a professor of Civil and Environmental engineering at Colorado School of Mines. His primary research interests are physical phenomena in porous media from small-scale flow and stress laws to engineering and natural scale hillslope flow and stability. He has published two widely recognized textbook books: Unsaturated Soil Mechanics (Wiley, 2004) and Hillslope Hydrology and Stability (Cambridge University Press, 2013). Both of them （非飽和土力學，斜坡水文與穩定）have been translated into Chinese and published by Chinese Higher Education Press （高等教育出版社）.
William J. Likos is a professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is currently the chair of Geological Engineering program at University of Wisconsin-Madison. His primary research interests are unsaturated soil mechanics, expansive soil behavior, and geotechnical testing techniques. He has published the well-known textbook Unsaturated Soil Mechanics (Wiley, 2004) （非飽和土力學, 高等教育出版社）, and is currently the editor of Geotechnical Testing Journal, American Society for Testing and Materials.
Huihui Tian （田慧會），博士，中國科402永利手机版武漢岩土力學助理研究員，核磁共振技術應用領域的專家，在多相介質中水份遷移、相變等過程的探測與模拟方面做出過一些重要的工作。
韋昌富，發表論文80餘篇，其中被SCI收錄50篇，EI收錄25篇。主要研究成果發表在《International Journal of Plasticity》,《Water Resource Research》, 《International Journal of Solids and Structures》,《International Journal of Engineering Science》,《Int. J. of Analytical and Numerical Methods in Geomechanics》等國際權威雜志上，發表的論文被引用次數已超過200次，其中被5個不同的國際著名的SCI源刊引用50餘次。與國内外許多著名的學術單位，如美國俄克拉荷馬大學、科羅拉多礦業大學、佛羅裡達州立大學、英國牛津大學等，保持穩定而有效的學術交流與合作關系。
